Welcome to BelArts Ballet !
(formerly Emerald Ballet Theatre)
Over the past 18 months, we have undergone a strategic transformation to separate our non-profit operations. This reorganization was guided by our commitment to staying true to our mission and values. We recognize that this transition may have raised questions and caused some confusion, and we are deeply grateful for your support and dedication throughout this journey.
With renewed focus and energy, we are excited to announce our new name: BelArts Ballet. This name reflects our fresh start and celebrates our location in the vibrant BelRed Arts District. We are also thrilled to welcome you to our brand-new studio space, located directly next to our former home— we’re confident you will love it!
As we begin this new chapter, we look forward to reconnecting with our current families and welcoming new ones. You will see many familiar faces along with new staff and faculty, all dedicated to delivering inclusive, high-quality dance education and programming that support every student.
We are honored to be part of this community and grateful for your continued trust in us. Thank you for being part of our story—we can’t wait to share the next stage of our journey with you.
BelArts Ballet Board of Directors
No. As a non-profit organization, we are not owned by any individual or group. We are a separate legal entity accountable to the public and governed by a board of directors. This means we operate primarily for social, educational, charitable, and community-oriented purposes—not for profit.
Our name is now BelArts Ballet, and we’ve moved into a brand-new studio space right next to our former home.
